Part 1: Manoeuvres
Players have one ball each.
Players run around area with ball on stick for 45-seconds, then move the ball while standing still for 45-seconds as active rest.
Repeat 3-times.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on ball throughout movements. Low body position, keep head up, identify space, constantly change direction
Part 2: Eliminations
FIELD 1
Each player carries the ball sideways moving the ball left and right in figure of 8.
Each player stays side on throughout shape.
Player completes 1 full rotation and then the next player will go.
Players waiting for their turn move the ball static.
FIELD 2
Each player carries the ball forwards and backwards in figure of 8.
Each player faces forwards throughout shape.
Player completes 1 full rotation and then the next player will go.
Players waiting for their turn moving the ball forward and backwards while static.

COACHING POINTS
Keep ball in front of body, keep stick on the ball through the different angles. Keep feet moving, focus on speed and control.
Part 3: Connections
1 player on each cone carries the ball moving it right and left simultaneously.
Players carry to the right of the middle cone.
Once they get to the cone, pass the ball on the move to the awaiting players and join the back of queue.
First touch takes the ball forward on the move.
Score 1 point each completed pass. Coach times 3-mins.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on the ball, fluid movement, keep ball in front of body. Speed of footwork and ball movement, head up to make visual contact before passing.
Part 4: Small Group Gameplay
3 v 3 competition.
Teams play each other for 3 minute matches.
Score = running the ball over the end line with control = 1 point. Keep possession and attack opposite direction (turn & burn).
Winners move to the right, losers move to the left.
If tied, 1 round of rock/paper/scissors determines winner.
COACHING POINTS
Attack as often as possible, avoid sideways/backward passes, identify when to eliminate and when to pass. Angles, drive into space, always be an option. High intensity on and off the ball.
