Sjoerd has an incredible track record as an experienced international coach, culminating in being awarded FIH World Coach of the Year in 2021.Sjoerd led the India women as Head Coach at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, resulting in their highest ever finish and being the first Indian women’s team to reach an Olympic semi-final.
Other international experiences have included Head Coach of Netherlands women and India men.
Sjoerd applies his learnings from the sporting world across various business ventures. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and coach mentorship, specialising in leadership development, strategic thinking and culture creation.

Garreth is a world-class international sports coach, who led the South Africa men’s field hockey team at five World Championships, the Commonwealth Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
His success led to him being nominated for FIH World Coach of the Year.
Garreth is an accredited High Performance Executive Coach for individuals, leaders and teams. He specialises in developing strategy, culture and behaviours for ambitious individuals and organisations.

Raoul is Head Coach of Belgium Hockey women and has been instrumental in guiding them to their highest ever world ranking.He is one of the most successful field hockey club coaches in the history of the sport.
As Head Coach of HC Den Bosch women, he built the most successful Dutch Hoofdklasse (Premier Division) team in history, winning 14 Dutch Championships and 11 European Championship titles.
Raoul has taken his expertise in the sporting arena and successfully applied it to business; both through developing his own companies and through coaching others in the corporate and commercial sectors.
His expertise includes creating world-class high performance environments, through individual development and people empowerment.
