Part 1: Manoeuvres
8 players within designated area.
4 players have 1 ball each.
Players with the balls dribble around the area for 3 seconds before stopping the ball stationary at a free cone and leading away.
Players without a ball sprint to get to it and continue the exercise.
Coach times 3-minutes.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on ball, head up for vision, drive into space. Feet moving, focus on speed.
Part 2: Connections
Players in groups of 4 with 2 starting behind each orange cone.
1st player carries the ball at the same time, lifting over each object and strong spin when reaching the tyre.
Both players pass the ball the one another simultaneously across the grid.
Players receive the pass and make 3 passes with player waiting on the cone.
As the player receives the 3rd pass, they carry the ball and continue the exercise.
Score 1 point for every completed rotation.
Coach times 3-minutes. Repeat twice as players attempt to beat previous score.

Stick on ball, head up for vision, find passing options. Feet moving, focus on speed, high intensity.
Part 3: Small Group Gameplay
Continuous 2 v 2 battles.
2 teams start between the goals either side of the playing area.
2 v 2 battle commences and teams can shoot within shaded area (2 yards).
When goal is scored, the red player who scored sprints around the goal and joins in defending as 2 more blue players start a new attack.
If goal is conceded, players leave the field.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on ball, head up for vision, identify space. Decide when to eliminate/pass, create overloads. Focus on speed, high intensity on and off the ball.
