Part 1: Manoeuvres
Players start at each side of the square with 1 ball each.
Coach says 'GO' and all players carry ball across the square once (level 1).
Players avoid each other as they cross.
Players then have to perform the same action but increase it to level 2, 3, 4, 5 and then 6 crossings without stopping.
2 second break in between each crossing. Repeat all levels twice.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on ball, head up to avoid players, drive into space. Keep feet moving, focus on speed.
Part 2: Connections
Players in groups of 3 and start between orange cones.
First player starts with the ball and makes pass to the left.
Player receives pass and dribbles ball to both orange cones, returns to the middle and makes pass to next player.
Player receives pass and continues the exercise.
Score 1 point for every completed pass.
Coach times 3-minutes. Repeat twice as players attempt to beat previous score.

Stick on ball, head up for vision, find connection. Keep feet moving, focus on speed, hard pass.
Part 3: Small Group Gameplay
1 v 1 into 2 v 2 Battle.
2 players from each team start on diagonal cones while 1 from each team start on the others.
Coach passes the ball into the playing area and says 'GO'.
Single players enter the 1 v 1 battle and can score in any goal but must carry the ball through the blue cones before shooting.
Battle lasts 30 seconds or until goal is scored.
As soon as 1 v 1 battle concludes, players leave the area, the coach passes another ball and the players enter to play 2 v 2 battle.

Battles last 30 seconds or until a goal is scored.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on ball, identify space, confidence on the ball. Drive into space, when to eliminate, when to pass. Be aggressive and attack.
