Part 1: Manoeuvres
1 ball per player.
Group divided into 3 groups and starting in shaded areas.
Run around the area dribbling the ball for 35 seconds.
Coach says 'GO' and the players set up behind one of the objects and lift the ball backwards and forwards for 35 seconds.
Coach says 'GO' and the players accelerate to the next area.
Repeat 3 times, then perform exercise in the opposite direction.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on the ball, head up for vision, fast hands. Keep feet moving, fluid ball movement, focus on speed.
Part 2: Eliminations
Players in teams of 4. 2 players on each orange cone.
Coach says 'GO' and 1 player from each group carries the ball forward to commence the race.
When players get to each object, lift the ball over each object.
When the players get to orange cone, next player goes.
Coach times 3-minutes as groups race each other.
Teams get 1 point every time player reaches orange cone.
Repeat twice as players attempt to beat their previous scores.

Stick on ball, head up for vision, fast hands. Keep feet moving, fluid ball movement, focus on speed.
Part 3: Connections
Players start behind orange cones.
Player 1 carries ball forward, lifting over the object, then makes pass to red cone.
As player 1 makes pass, player 2 leads to receive the pass, carries the ball around orange cone and continues the drill.
Player 1 runs around the orange cone and receives pass on the red cone.
Score 1 point for every successfully completed pass.
Coach times 2-minutes and then repeat in opposite direction.

Stick on ball, head up for connection, weighted pass. Keep feet moving, focus on speed.
Part 4: Small Group Gameplay
2 v 2 Battle - diagonal goals.
1 player from each team starts either side of the red cone.
Coach passes the ball anywhere within the playing area and all players lead towards the ball.
Blue team can only score in the A goals and yellow team can only score in the B goals.
Battles last 30 seconds or until a goal is scored.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on the ball, contest, vision. Drive into space, identify weaknesses. High intensity on and off the ball.
