Part 1: Manoeuvres
1 ball per player.
Players divided into 3 groups, starting in shaded areas.
Run around shaded area, dribbling the ball for 35 seconds.
Coach says 'GO', players sprint with ball to the next area.
Repeat 3 times and then perform exercise in the opposite direction.
COACHING POINTS
Stick on the ball, head up for vision, fast hands. Keep feet moving, fluid ball movement, focus on speed.
Part 2: Eliminations
Field A (Pull left)
1 player on orange cone carries ball forward.
At each object, player pulls the ball to the left and then carries forward.
When player reaches orange cone, next player carries forward and continues.
Score 1 point for each player arriving at the cone.
Field B (Pull right)
1 player on orange cone carries the ball.
At each object, player pulls the ball to the right and then forward to next object.
When player reaches orange cone, next player carries forward and continues.
Score 1 point for each player arriving at the cone.

COACHING POINTS
Stick on the ball, head up for stability and vision, top hand works. Keep feet moving, fast hands, focus on speed.
Part 3: Connections
2 players behind each cone.
1st player on each cone dribbles the ball forward at the same time.
When players get the tyre, pull the ball to the right and make 3 passes with the player on the cone.
When player on the cone receives 3rd pass, they carry the ball forward and continue the exercise.
Coach times 3-minutes, then change direction and pull the ball left.

Stick on ball, head up for vision, drive into space. Keep feet moving, high intensity.
Part 4: Small Group Gameplay
2 v 2 Battle with 4 goals.
2 players from each team start behind each orange cone.
Coach says 'GO' and 1 player from each corner runs towards the ball.
2 v 2 battle commences within the area.
Teams can score in any of the goals at any time from within the shaded areas.
To score in goal A, players are required to carry the ball between the blue cones before shooting.
Battles last 30 seconds or until a goal is scored.
COACHING POINTS
Confidence in possession, decision-making under pressure, adapt. Identify space, when to eliminate/pass. High intensity on and off the ball, aggression.
